Return and Exchange Policy


All Sales Are Final.

If you receive a damaged item, in order for it to be considered for a replacement of the exact same item we require the following: 1. Claim needs to be made within 24 hours of delivery. 2. We need a picture of the damaged item. 3. The item needs to be returned to the shop with postage date that is within 3 days of receipt date.Example: You received the item on Monday, your claim needs to be emailed to us by Tuesday night with an imaged attached. You have until Thursday with the postage date of Thursday to send us back the item. The postage for the item returned  is not covered by Inaliel. If timeline is not properly completed, exchange will not be honored.The replacement item will be exactly the same as the damaged item. The replacement item will take the standard 5-10 business day to be created and will be shipped standard regular mail.
