Q: What is a business day?

A: Our shop considers itself a Monday-Friday shop. We also do not consider Holidays as business days.

Q: What is the Return and Exchange Policy?

A: All Sales Are Final. If you receive a damaged item, in order for it to be considered for a replacement of the exact same item we require the following: 1. Claim needs to be made within 24 hours of delivery. 2. We need a picture of the damaged item. 3. The item needs to be returned to the shop. Please see our Policy section for more information.


Q: How do I apply my decal?

A: This is a step by step guide on how to apply your decal:

Step 1: Make sure that you clean the area thoroughly with soap and water. Do not use window cleaner or similar products because it will leave a residue behind that will prevent the sticker from adhering well.

Step 2: Prepare the sticker for application by firmly rubbing a credit card across the length of the sticker. This removes any air bubbles that may have formed and makes the sticker cling to the transfer tape.

Step 3: Peel the paper backing off the sticker. If the sticker clings to the backing, slowly replace the paper backing and repeat the previous step.

Step 4: Place the sticker onto the surface and rub it in place firmly with a squeegee or credit card. For best results, spray the area where you are going to apply the decal with soapy water (in a spray bottle fill it with water and just ad two drops of dish soap, mix and spray) wait a few minutes before moving to the next step.

Step 5: Slowly peel the backing paper off at an angle. Be careful not to pull the sticker off the surface. If sticker pulls away from the surface repeat the previous step.

Step 6: If you are able to, for best result use a blow dryer and lightly use it over the decal while working out any bubbles that have been left behind. Use your card or hand while doing this.
